Song of the Universe
Voice of the silence
When we inwardly focus our attention
we find the spacious presence
of the inexpressible inside us,
the cosmic self that resonates
within all space,
and we also know
the universal reality
that every human life
has meaning and worth,
and all of us,
and all life everywhere
are woven into the fabric
of a single consciousness
throughout the Universe.
This universal reality
is the actuality of now
while now happens,
it isn’t something we invent
with our thoughts,
it emerges intuitively
from the conscious silence,
it’s what we know
when our thoughts dissolve
leaving the presence
of universal conciousness.
Like a song unheard by our ear
playing soundlessly in all space,
the intelligent presence
of the boundless and inexpressible,
is available to all of us
everywhere.
