Like the Wind
In skies filled with dreams
Like the wind,
the sky and the ocean,
our conscious heart
is elemental, unbounded,
freely moving
and somehow also
woven in the Universe
like universal conscious light,
or silence aware of itself
everywhere
all at once.
It brings us intuition
and dreams
and our imagination,
and all those moments
that are always lost in life,
moments left behind, forgotten,
only remembered when
in reflective mood
we’re suddenly transported
to distant previous times
while tea cools
and rain streams
down the window.
As words flow
and enter consciousness
they become like dreams,
insubstantial,
enduring, also transient,
resonant and open to interpretation,
like moments lived
they’re always lost
and found again
as time rewinds
and every moment re-awakens to itself,
like intelligent light
taking on a color it never had before
in skies filled with dreams
inside us.
And every moment
of every day
something inside us
is like the wind
the sky and the ocean.
